Limited Lifetime Warranty

All of our branded products, including Madrona Outdoor®, and Comcor® are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care or use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is available to the original owner of the product, for the lifetime of the product. A product’s lifespan is based on the care it is given, and the natural wear and tear that occurs on all materials and elements. If you take good care of your gear, it will last you for decades!

Warranty Claims

To submit a Warranty claim, please fill out the Warranty form.

All shipping to the Warranty Repair Department must be pre-paid by you. We recommend shipping insurance as well.  

Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean and free of dirt and hair.
